Hi, I'm Nolyn (noll-lin) Dixon and I'm currently earning my BFA at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Sequential Arts, which is to say that I'm majoring in comic books!

I was always a big "art kid," but I only started to see it as a viable career option in 2022, and since then I've dedicated the majority of my time to honing my storytelling skills. I have not created anything of great consequence... yet.

 

Before this year, my creative works were primarily for the purpose of expression and coping with the way I felt about the world; about my place in it, and advancing in the one area of my life I thought I was succeeding in. Now, I've had a lot of time to myself to think and grow a healthier relationship with my art, and I'm ready to move forward. Now, my goal is to tell stories of great heroes, your average joes, your cosmic horrors, that all share a shred of relatable humanity amongst otherwise fantastical surroundings. I aim to connect with you, the reader, and show you that you're not alone in this big world.

 

I think being a creative person in an ever advancing technological time can be scary, and while I believe that adaptation to it is necessary I believe that you are the master of your own life.
